These are the terms and conditions that are in effect whenever you join, play or quit this game. By joining you are agreeing to abide by these terms.

Such changes may be presented at login; but each player should at all times be aware of their obligations regarding terms at all times. Failure to comply with the terms may result in the immediate deletion of the player's account or reduced access or suspended period.
You must at all times follow the rules and guidelines for conduct within the game.
We cannot guarantee you will be able to access the site at all times of the day, quantity of people accessing the site, number logged-in, general internet load, your ISP load, our server load may reduce or prevent your use of the site.
Reverse engineering, hacking, attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system may result in your account being deleted. Additionally any action which is illegal may be reported to the relevant authority.
If you do not log in for a prolonged period of time (as decided upon by the admin) you risk your account being deleted or suspended.
Messages posted in the forum, chat room and messaging system may not reflect the opinions of the game admin. Any messages posted to these or any other area where users can control content can be monitored for abuse and your account could be closed or suspended for abuse or for posting illegal content. We do not have liability or responsibility for any user posted content or any losses or damages caused directly or indirectly because of such postings.
Automated software is not allowed. You may only play this game by using the web interface manually.
We can delete or modify your account for any reason whatsoever, including no reason at all, with no warning.
