| Jul 7, 2008 | Just to let everyone know that I've not forgotten about you all... There are some big changes coming soon. It's all taken a bit longer than I'd hoped but I'm down to the last few bits now so hopefully just a few more days... Basically the way ships work will change. They will be modular and you will be able to pick and mix parts. This will, overtime, allow you to build your own ship how you want so you can use it for various combinations of mining, transport, salvage reclamation, passengers etc. You will buy a base chassis and then add whatever takes your fancy... I'm in two minds as whether to add defenses as well now or to just finish off to get the updates uploaded ASAP and then add them afterwards. Comment in the forum to give your insights... |
| Jun 23, 2008 | There is now an "Upgrade Centre". You can locate these by going to the "Places" screen and finding a planet with a "Yes" in the "UF" column and sending a ship there. Currently you can change the engine to make you ship either use less fuel or go faster... |

| Jun 13, 2008 | In your headquarters you will now find an option to emergency refuel a ship. You can use this VERY EXPENSIVE option if your ship cannot be re-fueled because it is drifting in space or at a planet without fuel. But be warned it'll cost about 5 times the average fuel price! |
