It is suggested that if you have a general opinion or suggestion then the forum is the best place to mention it so it can be discussed and you may gain other players support (or ridicule) for example. If another player is abusing the game or being abusive then e-mailing or in-game messaging is the best option. If you are not a member or can't login then e-mailing is your only option.
